Help stop Bromley Council from selling off part of the old bishops palace park for housing: Please email mark.bowen@bromley.gov.uk with the title “Proposed sale of land at Bromley Civic Centre” and include your name address and postcode otherwise it will not be accepted (it doesn’t matter if you don’t live in the Borough). They’re selling nearly a quarter of the site and they wish to dispose of the semi-derelict buildings instead of demolishing them and restoring the park:
It includes lawns, mature trees, and the 19th Century folly built from medieval fragments found in the moat.
