A legal challenge to the Open Space policies? Someone is mounting a legal challenge to the open space policies in the recently-published London Plan. It is argued the policies need strengthening if many of our green spaces are not to be vulnerable to being sold off to property developers or otherwise inappropriately developed. Also, they argue, that policies supposed to ensure the creation of more public green space for local communities, especially in areas of deficiency, are far too weak.    https://www.shahscott.com/legal-challenge
